Tasty tender beef from our 100% grass fed herd. Pikes Peak is a boneless roast that cooks up nice and tender. My favorite method: In a large roasting pan put 1 large can cream of mushroom soup concentrate plus 1 can of water. Add roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Bake at 350' covered for about 4 hours or until tender.
